The On Running team is ready to go off-road. The Swedish brand is best known for its street runners, tennis shoes, and lifestyle trainers that have become ubiquitous at airports around the globe, but deep in the brand’s catalog, the Cloudsoma is ready for trail running, following the same path tred by ACG, Salomon, and the rest of the industry’s rugged outdoor staples.

On and PAF Hit the Trail

For the latest collection of Cloudsoma, On continues its longterm collaboration with Korean design collective Post Archive Faction (PAF). PAF and On have been in cahoots for years now, releasing calm colorways of popular silhouettes like the Cloudmonster 2, Cloudboom Volt, and Cloudmonster Hyper.

The PAF x On Cloudsoma collection features three pairs of the trail running shoe, one in Black, one in Cobble brown, and another in a yellowish Haze Linen. All three pairs feature a sleek, breathable upper with a stacked midsole on top of thick, textured tread. While the two dark colorways are probably more dirt-friendly for hiking, the Haze Linen colorway is our favorite in shades of soft, pale yellow.

The Post Archive Faction x On Cloudsoma collection will be released September 2, 2026 through Post Archive Faction, On Running, and select retailers in-store and online.
