Ever since the NMD_S1 was officially announced back in the January of last year, the popularity surrounding the German sportswear company's Nomad line has slowly but surely been on the rise. With that said, when Pharrell Williams himself decided to take on the chunky silhouette last Summer, it became quite clear that sneakerheads were getting hyped again. After checking out the "Maubs" earlier this season, we're now taking our very first look at the Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu S1 RYAT "Focus Olive," and we can easily see this being one of the hottest collabs of the entire month.
One of the latest colorways to hit Skateboard P's sneaker-boot hybrid, the NMD Hu S1 RYAT is split into two halves. The top half boasts a mesh, leather, and suede construction that's painted in a lush focus olive hue, while the bottom half is surrounded by a rugged rubber mudguard and features an extra chunky Boost midsole. This hefty unit is finished with a unique outsole that's made up of a series of little Trefoils. Elsewhere, pink magic mauve accents can be found throughout the NMD for a pop of contrast that's sure to turn heads, and all of this comes packed within a special edition shoebox that's made for all of the Three Stripes fans out there.
The Pharrell x adidas NMD Hu S1 RYAT Focus Olive is set to release on February 15th, 2023 via adidas, the CONFIRMED app, and select retailers online and in physical locations. Expected to be available in men's sizes, it'll retail for $250.
