Pharrell Williams and adidas' relationship dates back to the 2010s when The Three Stripes began teaming up with some of the top acts in the music industry. While most of this talent is no longer affiliated with adidas, Pharrell's Humanrace line with adidas continues to push forward. Following up last year's slew of adidas Samba colorways, six new renditions of the Humanrace x adidas Samba have emerged.

Building on the success of last year's releases, the new collection pivots from the monochromatic, ultra-premium leather designs to more subdued, two-tone styles. Each Samba in the series features a consistent aluminum-shade base, crafted from a mix of suede at the t-shaped toebox overlay and leather across the main body, eyestays, and tongue. This subtle base is accented with vibrant pops of color that appear on the Three Stripes, heel tab, and sockliner.

The color options include Preloved Green, Core Black, Glory Red, Cloud White, Bold Gold, and Blue. Additionally, each pair is distinguished from the standard Samba models by added stitching on the Three Stripes. However, the collection foregoes prominent Humanrace branding on the upper, opting for a cleaner look. Completing each design, a tonal rubber midsole and outsole ensure durability and comfort.

The Humanrace x adidas Samba Collection will release May 2024, through Humanrace, adidas, and select retailers online and in-store. As of this writing, the retail price has not yet been announced.
