Now, five months later, the Three Stripes has revealed that it'll be reuniting with Saville for the Peter Saville x adidas Pulsebeat SPZL "Manchester United." A special collaboration that ties together one of the German giant's most iconic silhouettes with the Mancunian art director's best pieces, this will no doubt be a future classic.
Taking the Gary Aspden shoe to another level, Saville's take on the Pulsebeat is outfitted in a core black suede, while "carbon leather features on the serrated Three Stripes, lacing system, and heel badge. 3M accents feature on the flat laces for a look that is sure to turn heads, while the famed SPZL logo is printed around the back. Of course, you can't talk about this sneaker without mentioning the tongue. Done up in the artwork from Joy Division's first studio album, Unknown Pleasures, this is regarded by many as one of the most iconic covers in history.
