Oasis are Releasing adidas SPZL Sneakers Exclusively in Japan

After over a decade apart, Oasis is back together. The legendary British band led by brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher made amends and are currently embarked on a world tour that has sold millions of tickets across 40+ shows spanning from July to November 2025. While the band is set to stop in Tokyo in late October, adidas and Oasis are about to drop merch and sneakers exclusive to Japan.
Both Liam and Noel have a deep-rooted history with adidas, rocking The Three Stripes throughout their careers and even collaborating on sneakers and apparel over the last decade. Over the summer, adidas dropped a capsule of co-branded apparel online for the Oasis Live ‘25 tour. These same clothing items have been offered at pop-up shops and on-site throughout the duration of the tour. On top of the apparel, Liam and Noel Gallagher have linked up with adidas SPZL to launch the Achille SPZL (Liam) and Marathon SPZL (Noel).
Both sneakers launched in the EU back in August, and today (September 10) in the US. However, Japan will be getting two exclusive colorways of Liam and Noel’s adidas SPZL collab. Each brother retains their silhouette of choice, with Noel’s Marathon, a silhouette inspired by the 1985 adidas Marathon, now opting for a black suede upper contrasted by red leather on the Three Stripes and heel tab. For Liam, the Achille SPZL, which was originally a low-profile runner manufactured in France in the ‘70s, is coated in brown and burgundy hues across its suede and nylon upper and tan on the leather paneling.
The two Japan-exclusive Oasis x adidas SPZL sneakers, alongside the apparel collection, will be released on September 24, 2025 through adidas Confirmed and select Japanese retailers online and in-store. Apparel will also be available at pop-ups near the Tokyo Dome and the ZOZOTOWN adidas store.
