O-H, I-O: Nike’s Latest NCAA Football Vaporposite Cleat PE is for the Buckeyes

College football season is officially here. That means face paint, incredible food, and plenty of alcohol - and that’s all at the tailgate before you even get inside the stadium. As Nike gets back into gear on the gridiron, The Swoosh is sending out PE packs to schools across the country, lacing student-athletes with team-specific Vaporposite Pro cleats to match their uniforms.

The Nike Vaporposite Pro Ohio State PE follows jersey-paired colorways from Florida, LSU, Clemson, Texas, and Florida State. On the Ohio State pair, Nike starts with a home white base, but covers it in barely visible tonal Buckeye leaf graphics, with red accents and another green leaf added to the tongue logo.

Starting with an armored white base across the rippling Vaporposite Pro upper, the circled Buckeye graphics shine in the right light but become invisible from some angles. The Swooshes on the toe, heel, and side panels are metallic red, with a green Buckeye leaf on the tongue, and Go Bucks written on the heel tab.
