Tennis balls are made to rally back and forth over a net, but for most people, the fuzzy Dunlops and Wilsons are best known as man’s best friend’s best friend. Beyond the courts, tennis balls have an entirely separate life as the preferred fetch accessory of dogs everywhere.

For Nike’s latest collection of Tennis Classics, the court-turned-lifestyle shoe ditches the racquet but keeps the fuzz, paying tribute to the tennis ball’s second life. The Nike Tennis Classic Chew Dog Pack features two pairs of furry low-tops, one in white fur with black spots like a Dalmatian, and the other in a full coat of black like a Labrador or Doberman.

Both pairs are covered entirely in dog fur from toe to heel and spilling down the midsole. The material switches to mesh on the tongues and adds leather to the Swoosh and heel tab in black on the black pair and solid white on the Dalmatian colorway. Last but not least, a green tennis ball in motion graphic brings the fetch theme to the tongue tag.
