Nike's Skateboarding line, Nike SB, has been consistently recognized for its boundary-pushing designs and commitment to the sport. With a history dating back to 2002, the sub-brand has reimagined some of Nike's most classic silhouettes as skate-ready footwear, with one of the most popular models being the Nike SB Zoom Blazer Mid. Gearing up to release a new iteration of this beloved model, Nike SB brings a patchwork-like design to the Zoom Blazer Mid Premium University “Red Midnight Navy.”
This version of the Nike SB Zoom Blazer Mid is marked by a multi-material build consisting suede, ripstop nylon, mesh, and leather. The sneaker exhibits a two-tone university red and midnight navy upper, highlighted by accenting hits of university gold. Midnight navy is visible on the suede toe box and perforated suede overlay near the midfoot. A mixture of leather and suede in university red dresses the midfoot and collar, while ripstop nylon is used for the tongue and eyelets in midnight navy. Additional features include Nike SB branding embroidered in university gold atop the tongue, a mini Swoosh on the midfoot, and Nike text on the heel. The design is completed with a large midnight navy Swoosh at midfoot and both the midsole and outsole in white.
The Nike SB Zoom Blazer Mid Premium University Red Midnight Navy will release this fall through Nike and select SB retailers online and in-store.
