Nike continues to support the LGBTQIA+ community by releasing limited “BETRUE” editions on some of their most iconic silhouettes. 2022 is now different as Nike SB is back in the mix with an all-new BETRUE edition of the Nike SB Dunk Low.
Coming in a clean all-white makeup, the Nike SB Dunk Low BETRUE edition seems too simple at first glance. However, multi-colored accents are both prominent and hidden on this pair at the same time. Mismatched colored back heel tabs, contrast stitching on the Swoosh and back heel along with the Swoosh logo on the tongue tag and insoles provide subtle pops of color. But when worn, more colors come alive. The overlays on the upper features a rub-away affect, much like the Lance Mountain AJ1 SB. A puffy tongue with a zippered pocket is finished off by a Zoom Air cushioned sole.
