With a long history of celebrating collegiate sports, Nike continues its tradition by releasing a special NCAA-themed collection of one of its latest running silhouettes — the Pegasus 41. This latest drop features multiple colorways representing some of the most prominent college programs in the nation, giving fans the perfect way to rep their alma mater or favorite team as they hit the streets or the gym.
Just like the recent NFL Collection, this NCAA-themed Pegasus 41 Collection comes with engineered mesh uppers that match the school’s primary colors, with each pair customized to represent specific universities. The engineered mesh provides breathable comfort while maintaining durability, ensuring these sneakers can be worn beyond game day. Each pair proudly displays the university’s logo on the toe, while a TPU Swoosh in contrasting colors graces the midfoot. Reflective 3M accents are found near the toe and heel for added visibility. The midsole, which features Air Zoom and ReactX cushioning, comes in white with gradient detailing that highlights the university’s name, offering a personalized touch. The tonal rubber outsole rounds the design, providing excellent traction and grip.
The Nike Pegasus 41 NCAA Collection will release on August 29, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $150.
