Following its initial announcement back in September, we've already seen a bunch of colorways for LeBron James' 20th signature model, but the upcoming Nike LeBron 20 "Nike Lifer" has got to be one of our favorite pairs yet. A relationship that spans almost two decades, the Swoosh has been working closely with King James since 2003, mentoring him at the very start of his NBA career. With that in mind, LeBron's latest release shows his gratitude and loyalty to the Oregon-based sportswear label.
Offered in a light silver mesh upper, the "Nike Lifer" is decorated with two Swooshes across the lateral sides in hyper royal and lemon chiffon hues, while the medials gets a single safety orange version. Bold red laces tie everything together, and on the tongue you'll find the Roman numerals "XX" stitched on in a bright teal, representing the number 20. LeBron's signature "LJ" logo features around the heel, and down below, the Zoom Air midsole has been dipped in a vibrant multicolored combination and decked out in a unique marbled effect. This has been infused with a carbon fiber footplate for lightweight and responsive performance, and finished off with a graphic of James hitting a slam dunk, etched on the bottom of the heel.
TheNike LeBron 20 Nike Lifer is set to release on March 23rd, 2023 in men's, gradeschool, and pre-school sizes. Retailing for $200, $160, and $95, respectively, these will be available via Nike, the SNKRS app, and a select retailers online and in-store worldwide.
