In February, Paul George laced up an all-new Nike Kobe 6 Protro colorway. Originally believed to be a player exclusive for PG, Vanessa Bryant wore this pair on Mamba Day, adding more allure. Then, what most might not know, UCONN star Paige Bueckers rocked this colorway during the Senior Send-Off Celebration, which flew under the radar.
The question that arose was whether these were exclusives for select athletes or hints at an upcoming release. If you were hoping for the latter, we have good news. Sole Retriever can confirm that the Nike Kobe 6 Protro Sail will be released in Spring 2025.
The Nike Kobe 6 Protro Sail comes in a clean sail, black, light bone, white, and platinum violet colorway. It sports a sail and white upper, highlighted by a black Swoosh that pops off the sides. The platinum violet-colored lining adds a subtle pop of color. Light Bone can be seen via the heel and portions of the midsole and outsole. White covers the rest of the sole, completing the look.
The Nike Kobe 6 Protro Sail will release in Spring 2025 through Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men's sizing, retail is set at $190.
