The Nike Kobe 5 Protro Jalen Brunson NY vs NY PE has been making its rounds to Foot Locker locations across the Five Boroughs. The NY vs. NY PE colorway was debuted by Brunson on the court during the playoffs last year, and quickly made a transition to limited retail during the Finals, with Foot Locker and Nike rolling out a small run of pairs to local Foot Locker locations in NYC. Now, Foot Locker and Nike are running it back, just like the Knicks' plans for 2027.

Featuring an Empire State of Mind mix of Statue of Liberty teal green with paint-splattered accents in blue and orange, the colorway is about as NYC as it gets. Bringing the Liberty teal to the entire base, the blue and orange mix and mingle on either side of the toe, the lace panel, and the heel, with more blue on the Swoosh and orange on the Kobe sheath logo.
