With the NBA 2022-23 season coming up just around the corner, the Brooklyn Nets power forward has now unveiled yet another colorway with the Nike KD 15 "MD Roots," and it's here to pay homage to state where he was raised.
Arriving in a understated color palette, the upper of the "MD Roots" is crafted from an all black mesh which features a subtle jacquard pattern throughout. A matte midfoot cage wraps around the lateral and medial sides in a dark navy hue, and these are accented by royal tint Swooshes. This icy tone extends all the way towards the sockliner and "KD" tongue badge for a look that is sure to turn heads. EASY branded pull tabs feature around the heel, and underfoot, the Air Zoom unit is accented by light crimson tones and fitted with an intricately carved rubber outsole underfoot, finalizing the design.
