The Swoosh is giving Netflix subscribers more than 90 Nike Training Club workouts to follow along with - requiring minimal to no equipment.

Even though we are mostly all out of the deepest days of the pandemic where all non-essential businesses are closed, Nike is planning to help those still looking to hit the gym while staying indoors. Partnering with Netflix, Nike will be offering Nike Training Club content for all subscribers and include workouts for everybody and every body with minimal to no equipment necessary.

Throughout the 90 NTC workouts are yoga, strength, and high-intensity workouts, all of which will contain multiple episodes that total more than 30 hours of sessions. Unlike many Netflix series, Nike’s Training Club Workouts will launch throughout 2023 in sets of five training programs as well as being offered in 10 languages. To help you get through each of these training sessions, dozens of Nike’s world-class trainers like Joe Holder and Betina Gozo will inspire and motivate all athletes to reach their fitness goals.

The Nike Training Club Workouts on Netflix will begin streaming on December 30th, 2022, and as mentioned previously, will release in segmented series all throughout 2023. For more updates regarding the latest in sneakers, streetwear, and more, keep it locked to our Twitter and the Sole Retriever mobile app.
