Sure, Nike has been pushing the limits of performance in basketball, running, skateboarding, and every other sport under the sun, but Beaverton’s best tech advancements over the past year have come in the same form factor…slip-ons and slides. Dedicating as much time to recovery as they do on-court performance, Nike’s newest collaboration with Hyperice brings post-game rehab to every athlete’s favorite silhouette.
Three Degrees of Vibrating Heat
The Nike Hyperice Air Zoom Hyperslide brings a dose of high heat to the classic Nike slide, refreshing the tried-and-true silhouette from the ground up. Starting with a full-length Air Zoom sole with pillowy indentations running horizontally across the footbed. The strap is where the Hyperice comes into play, but instead of a cold rush like some Hyperice products, the slides feature a rechargeable pod that can be set to three levels of heat and three levels of vibration for a complete dose of massaging heat that reaches 117 degrees Fahrenheit at its max. It takes about 3 hours to reach a full charge, and customers will be happy to hear that the product is TSA-friendly, so these might just become your next travel slide.

“Athletes leave everything on the field, and the approach to recovery needs to meet them at the same level,” says Tobie Hatfield, Senior Director of Athlete Innovation, Nike. “With the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, we wanted to create a solution that kickstarts recovery the moment you power it up — helping athletes feel more relaxed, restored, and ready to take their performance to the next level.”
