The multi-paneled look of this Nike Dunk Low Scrap features a mixture of textured materials with bright color accents for a look fit for a hero. While the main underlay is a white mesh, the rest of the overlay panels are asymmetrical cuts of light grey and dark grey smooth leather around the toe box. The heel counter overlay is a ripstop grey, as the deconstructed heel area of the sneaker also features a black strip of ripstop material as well.
The pixelated fire on the Nike Swoosh is the foundation for the accent colors on the shoe, as pieces of orange and yellow leather accent the eye stays and toe box, while lightning-shaped black stitching appears to hold the upper to the mesh underlay. A black insole featuring the words “Nike and the Mighty Swooshers” on one insole and “The Battle of Dimension Six” on the other spell out the theme of this shoe, while the scrapheap upper is bonded to a plain white midsole and a plain black outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Scrap Mighty Swooshers GS is set to release in 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select Nike retailers worldwide, in-store and online.
