For Nike, the Dunk silhouette’s revival has been a blessing as the simple basketball-turned-lifestyle model is relatively cheap for consumers and can come crafted in a seemingly unlimited number of colorways. With the hype for the silhouette still there (though not as high as it was in the past), more and more new renditions are coming to light and recently we have seen a slew of kids' exclusive colors with the “Grey Blue Green” rendition joining the release calendar for 2023.
Coming constructed with the classic all-leather build, this colorway sticks to its titular shades of grey, blue, and green throughout the design. Around the toebox, mudguard, eyestays, and quarter panel sits light shades of grey while the heel overlay and collar come in a darker-hued version of grey. Vibrant green laces run up the dark grey tongue to a blue tongue tag featuring “Nike” text in a matching green while this same combo is present back on the leather heel tab. For our last hit of branding on the upper, the Swoosh logo gets a white leather finish with blue accent stitching trimming the edge of the logo. Rounding out the design is a white Dunk midsole paired with a blue rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Grey Blue Green (GS) is set to release Summer 2023 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in grade school, pre-school, and toddler sizing, the retail price is set at $90, $70, and $55 respectively.
