Nike’s low-top basketball-turned-lifestyle model, the Dunk Low, has continued to be a perennial silhouette with countless colorways and collaborations blessing its presence. Unlike the Grinch-inspired or fleece-covered variants, the latest Nike Dunk Low to emerge comes in a familiar "Beetroot" colorway.
Taking on a classic combo of smooth and tumbled leather, the silhouette is doused in shades of red with accenting whites throughout. On the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlay sits smooth beetroot-shaded leather while the tumbled leather underlays along the toebox, midfoot panel, and collar get a darker shade of this same beetroot red. White laces pierce off the mesh tongue with this same shade landing on the Nike Swoosh and further branding details on the sneaker. Underfoot, a white Dunk midsole gets paired with a beetroot rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low Beetroot is set to release in 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
