Even though we have plenty of options to choose from when it comes to footwear, making these universal designs personal to you has become a major trend in the game. From dip dying to creating custom designs, footwear labels have noticed what consumers are doing with their footwear and Nike has played into this well with a variety of releases either ready to be customized or taking on designs that look to be custom. Adding to the latter of the two, the Nike Dunk Low gets an Airbrushed “Light Blue” makeover.
Taking on a leather and canvas construction, the humble Dunk Low features a white base layer on its canvas with airbrushed purple shades sprinkled throughout. Accenting this is the light blue leather along the mudguard, eyestays, and heel overlays. Tonal purple laces match the textured Swoosh logo on the midfoot and airbrushed-like portions of the upper while the heel tab on the rear has a light blue finish with “Nike” branding in a slightly darker shade of blue. Underfoot sits a white Dunk midsole paired with a partially recycled rubber outsole in a grey finish.
The Nike Dunk Low Airbrushed Light Blue W is set to release Summer 2023 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
