While the origins of the Nike Dunk Low date back to the 80s, various colorways have been inspired by later decades. Approaching its 40th Anniversary in 2025, Nike is planning to celebrate this silhouette with abundant colorways. Even though they're scaling back production, the Dunk will remain a prominent feature on store shelves. One such pair, the 90s Nostalgia edition, is oozing with throwback vibes to the end of the 20th Century.
Dropping for Fall 2024, the Nike Dunk Low 90s Nostalgia comes in a pale ivory, royal pulse, denim turquoise, light crimson, white, and black colorway. The multi-colored upper draws inspiration from everything the 90s is about nylon, denim, coated canvas, and graphic elements. Mirroring the Dunk Low City Market and Safari Mix (W), denim turquoise textured leather overlays are paired with pale ivory tumbled leather underlays.
Celestial Gold hits are seen via the Nike branding on the back heel and the mesh sockliner, while a royal pulse-colored suede Swoosh adorns the sides. Custom labels are on the woven tongue patch and insoles, furthering the 90s Nostalgia theme. All this rests atop a pale ivory midsole, which provides an aged look and a light crimson-colored, solid rubber outsole.
The Nike Dunk Low 90s Nostalgia is set to release on August 1, 2024, at Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $125.
