Caitlin Clark Debuts a Purple Colorway of the Nike Caitlin 1

Caitlin Clark is back in her bag after taking most of last season off with injuries. In addition to helping push the Fever to first place in the East the week of the All-Star Game, Clark has cemented her spot on the All-Star squad for this weekend’s Chicago showcase and debuted her first signature shoe to near-universal praise.

Pouring Up Purple

The Nike Caitlin 1 Purple is the latest colorway to get an on-court debut from Clark, showing up hot on the heels of canary yellow and icy white colorways that popped up earlier this month. Clark laced up the purple pair for a Saturday night home win over the New York Liberty, clocking 17 points and seven assists in the colorway’s debut.

Featuring an upper covered in cascading purple Cs and 2s on either side, the pair adds a slight gradient with darker purple at the heel and lighter purple towards the toe. The double Swoosh on the side panels mixes dark red, white, and icy blue, with more icy blue on the double-C logo on the tongue.
