Nike is Retroing the Iconic Brazil 2004 Total 90 Soccer Kit and Apparel

North America will play host to the 2026 FIFA World Cup, and brands across the footwear and fashion industry have been leaning heavily into the soccer aesthetic for many recent releases. Outside of retroing older boots for lifestyle (see the Total 90 III), Nike has been digging through the vault to reissue archival kits and apparel from years past. Next up is Brazil’s iconic Total 90 jersey and apparel.
This era of Brazilian football was packed with star power. The team had generational talent like Ronaldinho, Ronaldo Nazário, Kaká, Adriano, and Roberto Carlos in their prime, but the star was most definitely Ronaldinho. This was when he was playing for FC Barcelona and captured his first of two consecutive FIFA World Player of the Year awards (this eventually became the FIFA Ballon d'Or that we know today). The team also competed and won the Copa América, defeating Peru in the finals.

As for the reissue apparel and jersey, things have returned in a 1:1 fashion with the curving lines, asymmetric designs, and mixed materials of the Total 90 jersey remaining untouched. The center of the jersey features a large circular design that is forever tied to the Total 90, something we’ve been used to seeing on the medial side of the Total 90 III retro in recent months. The tracksuit also returns untouched, with the greyscale jacket and pants featuring the Canarinho’s crest.
The Nike Brazil 2004 Total 90 Reissue jersey and apparel will release July 25, 2025, through Nike online.
