As the spotlight turns to the Summer Olympics in Paris, Nike is set to debut the Alphafly NXT% 3 in a special Olympic Safari colorway. This release is part of Nike’s broader Olympic Safari collection, which includes standout models like the GT Hustle 3, GT Cut 3, and GT Jump 2. Previously, we saw the Alphafly as part of Nike’s Blueprint Pack.
The Nike Alphafly NXT% 3 Olympic Safari retains the high-performance features that have made the Alphafly series a favorite among serious runners. The upper is constructed from Flyknit, offering a lightweight yet supportive fit. This upper is predominantly white, allowing the sneaker’s design elements to stand out. Along the midfoot, we see a navy Swoosh complemented by matching branding details on the tongue and vamps, adding a sophisticated touch to the sleek silhouette.
The true highlight of the sneaker lies in its underfoot technology. The midsole showcases a stacked ZoomX foam cushioning system that provides unparalleled energy return and comfort. This cushioning is paired with a carbon fiber Flyplate for enhanced propulsion. An exposed Zoom Air unit in the forefoot adds to the responsive feel, while the vibrant orange and navy safari print on the midsole and outsole injects a dose of bold, dynamic style.
The Nike Alphafly NXT% 3 Olympic Safari will release on July 24, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $300.
