After recording the first 30-point triple-double in WNBA history, Sabrina Ionescu is officially receiving her first P.E. sneaker with the aptly named Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2 Sabrina Ionescu. Taking on one of this year's most innovative basketball silhouettes, this official announcement comes just days after the USA Women's National Team won their fourth-straight FIBA World Cup Title.

Arriving in a clean photon dust mesh construction that's both flexible and versatile, a glossy black Swoosh glides through the lateral and medial side panels. Around the heel, you'll find a highly sculpted counter that offers unrivaled support with every stride, and soft violet frost accents make their way to the tongue logo for a feminine touch. Underfoot, the Air Zoom Strobel midsole is covered in a speckled celestine blue hue, and this is accompanied by a Smear Traction 1.0 outsole that's grippier than ever, offering on-court performance that will no doubt beat the competition.

The Nike Air Zoom GT Cut 2 Sabrina Ionescu is set to release on October 22nd, 2022, in men's sizes. Retail is set at $170 and it'll be available at Nike and select retailers worldwide. Let us know what you think of the New York Liberty point guard's first signature sneaker, and while you're here, make sure you keep it locked to our Twitter and Mobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
