Over the last half decade, Nike has made its push for inclusion in the workplace, on the court and on the feet of the millions of women who are dedicated to the brand. With this, we have seen women designers shine in the spotlight such as Aleali May as well as a large amount of women’s exclusive colorways and silhouettes. Adding to this list is an upcoming Nike Air More Uptempo “Summit White” edition, coming exclusively in women’s sizing.
Dressed in white with black accents throughout, the standard leather construction is used for the overlays and underlays. Starting down on the toebox, a black embroidered Nike Swoosh sits below the vamp where the white mesh tongue meets the rest of the upper. White rope laces work up the tongue towards the black bungee pull tab, accented by the black piping of the iconic AIR leather overlays on both medial and lateral sides. Back on the heel surrounded by white leather, another black pull tab is accompanied by a Nike Swoosh. Rounding out the look is the white Max Air cushioned midsole with visible air units throughout, matched to a two-tone black and white rubber outsole.
The Nike Air More Uptempo Summit White W releases on March 1st, 2022 through Nike and select Nike Sportswear retailers online and in-store. Coming exclusively in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $170.
