The Nike Air Monarch IV is, no doubt, the quintessential dad shoe. Introduced back in the early ‘00s as a competitor to New Balance’s offerings, the Monarch has become more and more popular over the past few years, thanks to the chunky sneaker trend. Following collaborations with Concepts and Martine Rose, we’re now getting another special edition pair with the Nike Air Monarch IV Premium "Snow Day."
Boasting an all-white leather construction that’s not too dissimilar to what you’d find 20 years ago, this is already being nicknamed the “Snow Day” by many sneakerheads. A metallic silver Swoosh glides across the lateral and medial panels, and the highly-sculpted Air midsole is accented by a total orange heel piece that’s reminiscent of a snowman’s carrot nose. This is then lined with an icy blue outsole, and finished off with a cozy Sherpa sockliner that’s sure to keep you warm over the winter months.
The Nike Air Monarch IV Premium Snow White is set to release this Holiday 2022 just in time for the festive season. Available in men’s sizes for $130, you’ll be able to grab a pair at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select online and in-store retailers very soon.
