This Nike Air Max Terrascape 90 Mimics a Chili
Published
The Air Max 90 is a staple in the Air Max lineup that's seen countless colorways, collaborations, and remixes over the years. One of the more experimental takes is the “Terrascape” iteration, a more eco-friendly version incorporating Crater Foam and other sustainable materials. For its latest colorway, the Air Max Terrascape 90 takes on the appearance of a “Chili.”
Like last year's Air Force 1 “Chili,” this Air Max features a mixed material makeover containing canvas, suede, and TPU. Tan shades of canvas grace the mudguard and midfoot panel, with creamy white shades applied to the toe box and collar. TPU overlays, appearing along the eyelets and profile, are finished in a striking red color reminiscent of a ripe chili pepper. Red suede adorns the midfoot panel, while the Nike Swoosh stands out in contrasting green suede. The heel is layered with yellow Crater Foam, complemented by a green nylon pull tab. Below, the semi-translucent green-tinted midsole houses the Crater Foam cushioning. The look is completed with a semi-translucent green outsole, reinforcing the chili-inspired theme.
The Nike Air Max Terrascape 90 Chili will release this year through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
