With an A-COLD-WALL* collaboration on the horizon, 2023 is guaranteed to be a pretty major year for the Air Max Plus. The brainchild of legendary footwear designer Sean McDowell, it was extremely futuristic back in 1998 and it's still extremely futuristic even after all this time. If for whatever reason you still don't have a pair in your daily rotation, perhaps the Nike Air Max Plus "Sanddrift Pink Oxford" will change your mind.
Working on top of a beige sanddrift mesh base that's as breathable as it gets, the Air Max Plus' signature caging system wraps around the entire upper in a gradient finish that elegantly fades from white to pink oxford. Hexagonal badges adorn the tongue and heel, while a glossy Nike Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial side panels. This is then complemented by a sail Air Max midsole, and finished with a series of exposed bubbles that offer that retro look and feel that we all know and love.
As you might have already gathered, the Nike Air Max Plus Sanddrift Pink Oxford W will release exclusively in women's sizes sometime in 2023. Set to launch via Nike and select retailers online and in-store, retail is set at $175.
