More colorways of the Nike Air Max Plus appear during the model's 25th anniversary, as seen with the Quadruple Swoosh “Black” rendition.
Arguably the most recognizable logo in history, the Nike Swoosh has received plenty of makeovers and is plastered across almost all models in Nike’s lineup of offerings. For its latest rendition, the Nike Air Max Plus (which is celebrating its 25th birthday in 2023) has received a quadruple Swoosh makeover with the model taking on a “Black” color scheme.
Taking on its typical material makeup of mesh, leather, and TPU, the silhouette is seen in tonal blacks throughout the aforementioned materials while accenting colors land on the four Swoosh logos along the midfoot. These logos come in blue, red, grey, and white with each receiving a slightly different design such as its size or placement. For the rest of the model, TPU overlays wrap around the black mesh upper and stop near the all-black tongue and lace set. This all-black shade continues onto the heel tab, sockliner, and tongue tag, however, the “Air” branding on the latter of the three takes on a grey finish. Underfoot sits a Tuned Air-cushioned midsole paired with a black and grey rubber outsole - completing the look.
The Nike Air Max Plus Quadruple Swoosh Black is set to release Summer 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $185.
