The Air Max 95 hype is here to stay. Nike’s main focus of the Air Max line, the Big Bubble 95 came back last year for the silhouette’s 30th anniversary and never left, adding a constant flow of new colorways, collabs, and SB redesigns to the catalog. This time around, the silhouette goes back to its 1995 roots for a classic OG colorway.

The Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble Slate is back in the Nike lineup for the first time in 11 years, and on the latest iteration, The Swoosh gets as close to the mid-’90s pair as possible. After getting a first look at the colorway’s return in March, we’ve now got a look at official images of the retro pair as we get closer to next month’s drop.

Starting with crisp white on the T-toe, midsole, and bottom strip of the wavy side panels, the rest of the upper goes gradient in blue, starting with lighter shades at the bottom rising into dark blue tones at the top. White mesh sits above that, with more blue added to the lace loops and a blue-green mix on the tongue logo.

The Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble Slate will be released May 7, 2026 through Nike and select retailers in-store and online.
