When it comes to fighting for causes that matter, Nike is no stranger to it. From Black History Month to Pride, the Beaverton-based brand is the industry leader in designing and creating sneakers that focus on issues of social justice and equality, and the same can certainly be said about the Nike Air Max 90 "The Future Is Equal." After checking out the Dunk Low version earlier this week, the AM90 has now been added to the pack, and we're taking our very first look yet.
Crafted from heel to toe in a crisp white canvas, this Air Max 90 is as clean as it gets. Rubberized elements grace the lacing system for a rugged look and feel, while a Swoosh is finely stitched across the sidewalls. The flat laces have been dipped in a vintage-style creamy hue, and these are complemented by the Air midsole underfoot. Of course, you can't talk about this shoe without mentioning the pair of lips around the left heel that surround the word "Equal." The right heel, on the other hand, is decorated with "The Future Is Equal" in a selection of vibrant and multicolored hues, finalizing the design.
The Nike Air Max 90 The Future Is Equal W is scheduled to release in March 2023 in women's sizes for $140.
