Black leather and tightly wound mesh wrap the bulky silhouette, with smooth leather appearing on the vamp and mesh covering the quarter. Textured leather wraps the mudguard, leaving a cutout for the dark grey Air Max branding to shine. Grey is used for the Swoosh in a color choice that, when combined with the texture, invokes an elephant's skin. More contrast is provided by sail heel branding. Dark grey carries on the theme for the midsole, with hits of black surrounding Air unit. Gum blankets the outsole for just a dash of color on this shadowy model.
