The forthcoming Nike Air Max 1 embraces a classic construction and color-blocking scheme, leveraging the timeless combination of mesh and suede across its upper. The vivid safety orange shades appear on the mudguard, Swoosh, TPU eyestays, and Nike branding on the tongue and heel. This striking hue contrasts with a crisp white mesh base covering the toe and collar. White laces and tongue are accompanied by neutral grey on the vamp, midfoot overlay, and heel, striking a balance between bold and subdued tones. The white foam midsole, featuring the signature visible Air unit in the heel, rests atop a tri-color black, white, and orange outsole.
The Nike Air Max 1 Safety Orange W will release October 26, 2023, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women's sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
