Nike's Air Max 1 Premium Suits Up In Coral Stardust Corduroy

Updated on Published

There's no debating the fact that the Air Max 1 is one of the Nike's most iconic sneakers. Introduced back in 1987, the Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette has seen thousands and thousands of colorways over the past few decades, but releases like the upcoming Nike Air Max 1 Premium Corduroy "Coral Stardust" continue to make us lust over the vintage model. This "Coral Stardust" colorway follows up on the already-released "Baltic Blue" Air Max 1 which also featured an all-over corduroy build.

Dropping the usual all-leather construction in favor of a premium corduroy outfit, this Air Max 1 is painted from heel to toe in a pink coral stardust hue. Bright coral takes over the Air Max tongue tag and Nike Swoosh, while oxen brown makes its way to the sockliner for additional contrast. Each individual eyelet has been finely embroidered for an extra high-end look and feel, and to round it all off, all of this sits on top of a crisp sail Air midsole that perfectly offsets against the Summer-ready color palette.

The Nike Air Max 1 Premium Corduroy Coral Stardust is set to release on May 26th, 2023 in men's sizes for $160. Expected to drop at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select online and in-store retailers, as mentioned before, it's going to launch as part of a much wider range, so make sure you keep it locked on Sole Retriever's Twitter and Mobile App to find out everything that there is to know!
