One thing Nike isn't shy of is paying homage to their past. They have been retroing classic silhouettes since the early 90s, and its still going strong today. Fresh for 2023 is an all-new "Icons" Pack. This collection of footwear takes some of the Swooshes most popular models of all-time, such as the Air Max 90, Air Max Plus, and Air Presto, and gives them an iconic makeover, inspired by another classic from its catalog.
Drawing inspiration from the original Nike Air Max 90 "Infrared" is this Nike Air Huarache. Coming in white, metallic silver, infrared 23, and black, these Huarache's sport a white-based upper, highlighted by metallic silver and infrared 23 accents. Black detailing is found on the heel cage as well as the solid rubber outsole. Finishing this pair off is the OG-style tongue label and custom printed insoles with "Nike Icons" tying back to the theme.
The Nike Air Huarache Icons is set to release in Summer 2023. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and at select retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $125.
