If 2022 was the year of the “Panda," 2023 is shaping up to be the year of the “Reverse Panda.” After checking our the Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Reverse Panda” and the Nike Dunk Low “Reverse Panda” earlier this summer, it looks like one of Tinker Hatfield’s most iconic silhouettes is about to get the same monochromatic makeover with the Nike Air Huarache "Reverse Panda."
Even though the Air Huarache is over three decades old, its overall design has pretty much remained unchanged since, a testament to just how timeless it is. Here, the neoprene bootie is dipped in a stealthy black hue, while the mesh toe box and leather paneling opts for a crisp white palette. All of this sits on top of the Huarache’s signature dimpled Air unit, and is finished off with the model’s world-famous circular tongue badge, finalizing the design.
