2022 was a major year for the Nike Air Force 1 as the Bruce Kilgore-designed sneaker celebrated its 40th anniversary with a slew of colorways and collaborations - even “Anniversary Edition” releases. Even with the anniversary coming to a close, the silhouette isn’t taking a break heading into 2023 and is even joining in on the women’s exclusive trend we’ve seen from the Nike Dunk as the upcoming Nike Air Force 1 Low Patent “White Black Blue” has been revealed.
Along the front half of the model sits your typical white smooth leather, seen on the mudguard, toebox, eyestays, and quarter panel, however, the heel’s patent leather finish is adorned in jet black. Working up the white mesh tongue is a set of white flat laces that stop below our first hit of blue in the form of the Nike branding along the tag. This blue hue also finds a home along the profile’s Swoosh detail (also coming in patent leather) as well as the 3D embroidery spelling “Nike Air” back along the heel tab. Underfoot, the iconic chunky AF1 midsole comes in white with black accents hitting the “AIR” text on the heel while the entire design is complete through a white rubber AF1 outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Patent White Black Blue W is set to release in the Spring of 2023 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Releasing in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $110.
