This AF1 is simple yet striking.
Not many sneakers can proudly say that they've been around for four decades, but Nike's Air Force 1 has been there and done that. Regarded by many as one of the most iconic silhouettes of all-time, the Bruce Kilgore-designed basketball shoe deserves a spot in everyone's rotation. If, for whatever reason, you still don't have a pair in your collection, stop what you're doing and divert all of your attention to the freshly-announced Nike Air Force 1 Low "White Grey Volt Lemon."
Bearing a striking resemblance to the OG "Triple White," this rendition works on top of a tumbled leather base and is overlaid by smooth panels throughout. Perforations along the toebox offer the ultimate breathing experience, while a wolf grey Swoosh shoots right through the laterals and medials. Of course, you can't talk about this Air Force 1 without mentioning the electrifying volt hue that highlights the tongue. This shocking shade extends towards the insole, where you'll also find the American sportswear company's signature Pinwheel motif. To round it all off, the Air midsole is accented with a dash of pale lemon, finalizing the simple yet striking design.
Not much else is known about the Nike Air Force 1 Low White Grey Volt Lemon at this moment in time, but it's set to release sometime in 2023 in men's sizes for $110. Expected to drop at Nike and select online and in-store retailers worldwide, make sure you keep it locked on Sole Retriever's Twitter and Mobile App for your best chance to cop!
