With 40 years under its belt, the Nike Air Force 1 Low still remains one of the top-selling sneakers on the market and is found in closets from middle school students to the top celebrities and influencers in the world. While many releases this year have fallen under the “Anniversary Edition” banner, there are still plenty of inline releases to choose from like the GS exclusive “Lakers Alternate” or “Khaki White” colorways. The latest AF1 to be revealed may be jumping the gun when it comes to Valentine’s Day celebrations, that is the Nike Air Force 1 Low “Pink Gaze.”
Covered in supple tumbled leather across the various overlays and underlays, white and black accents help keep this sneaker from becoming monochrome thanks to the white lace set and black details on the Swoosh and sockliner. The same construction and typical AF1 details remain with the toebox getting a perforated finish and tonal stitching details holding the sneaker in place, though the tongue does feature webbing atop its mesh material. Speaking of the tongue, the Nike branded lace dubrae on the bottommost eyestays as well as the tongue tag above join in on the pink party while the heel tab gets a hot pink makeover. Completing the look is a white AF1 midsole featuring pink accents on the “AIR” branding and a white rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Pink Gaze is set to release this Holiday 2022 through Nike and select NSW retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
