As part of the Air Force 1's 40th Anniversary celebrations, Nike has been releasing some pretty unique colorways over the past few months, including the Nike Air Force 1 Low "Quilt Trip." A one-of-a-kind take of Bruce Kilgore's most iconic silhouette, here's a full breakdown on this unique pair.
The first thing that you'll notice about these Forces is that they completely drop the all-leather upper in favor of a black quilted construction that's as unique as they come. Every panel boasts a different padded shape, creating a subtle juxtaposition of textures that adds depth to the design. As if that wasn't enough, green, yellow, and blue stitching runs across the toe box, midfoot, and quarter panel, and the Swoosh opts for a snakeskin-like emboss. The lacing system is decked out in all sorts of patterns and motifs, and it's all finished off with an ornate floral heel badge tag that's unlike anything we've seen before.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Quilt Trip is releasing in Holiday 2022 in men's sizes, with retail set at $130. Expected to drop at Nike and select retailers within the coming months, you seriously don't want to miss out on this.
