Nike gives this Air Force 1 Low the championship belt, along with premium details throughout. The usual Air Force 1 lace dubrae is replaced with a mini championship belt. In the middle, a gold Swoosh is backed by black enamel, with the “side plates” of the dubrae donning the Nike. For the shoe itself, the black patent leather Swoosh and heel tab triumphantly contrast the white leather upper.
Cracked white leather (a la the A Ma Maniére’s Jordan 1) is used on the toe box and both medial and lateral mid panels, while smooth white leather covers the rest of the sneaker. The tongue, however, is done in its usual white nylon with the black tongue tag displaying usual Nike Air Force 1 branding in gold thread. The entire shoe sits on top of a white midsole and black rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low 40th Anniversary White Black is set to release in 2022 via Nike and select retailers both in-store and online. Coming in men's sizes, a retail price is to be announced.
