This Nike Air Force 1 Has Been Specially Designed To Look Fresher For Longer
Updated on •Published
This year marks 40 years since Bruce Kilgore introduced the Air Force 1. To celebrate this momentous milestone, not only has the Beaverton-based brand been dropping a series of hyped collaborations and wacky collections, they’re also revisiting some of their most iconic colorways and giving them the upgrade that they deserve, including the Nike Air Force 1 07 Fresh "Black."
From the outset, this may look like your classic all-black AF1, but upon closer inspection you’ll quickly find that it’s so much more. Ditching the usual leather construction, the upper here has been infused with a slightly textured leather that apparently doesn’t crease as easily. We all know that Forces tend to show their creases after a few wears, so we definitely welcome this. The “Nike Air” branding on the tongue and heel have also been subtly debossed for easier cleaning, and a newly-designed sockliner and insole allows for much better ventilation.
The Nike Air Force 1 07 Fresh Black is set to release in November 2022. It will drop at Nike as well as select retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $150. Keep it locked to our Twitter andMobile App to stay up to date on future releases.
