Not only is the brand bringing back silhouettes like the Air Bakin and Foamposite Pro and a catalog-wide obsession with patent leather, but the brand’s era-specific Air Force 1 revival isn’t just sticking to bright colors and shine, the silhouette has also returned to its 2001 shape.
College Navy from 2001
The Nike Air Force 1 Low '01 College Navy popped up on our radar in August, and now, as we get closer to the release date, a new set of images is giving us a closer look at the dark blue colorway with clean white details. Beyond the debut collabs on the retro shape from NIGO and Victor Victor, Nike has kept up its classic AF1 revival with simple, classic colorways in the streamlined, comfort-forward ‘01 silhouette.
