Nike’s New Air Diamond Turf 2 Takes After Prime Time’s Pro Bowl PE

Out of all the pro sports All-Star Games, none is more ignored and disrespected than the NFL Pro Bowl. These days, the best-of-the-best celebration is a flag football game in the same city as the Super Bowl, doing away with the fun-in-the-sun of past years in Hawaii. Back in the day, though, the game was at least an event, with floral jerseys and clean fashion.

Everywhere that Deion Sanders goes, he brings attention, even in the least interesting All-Star Game of them all, and in the good ol’ days, he broke out a blue and white Air Diamond Turf 2 PE to match the NFC jersey and his Niners helmet. Now, with Prime Time spending his days on the college sidelines instead of the NFL field, his PEs are finally making their way to retail.

Starting with a white leather base on the toe box and lower side panels, the vents on the toe box are blue, while the side panels switch to gold. The top section of the upper switches to a deep blue shade, with more gold on the Swoosh in the middle of the forefoot strap. A red heel tab and a 21 tongue logo finish things off with more Niners helmet vibes.
