Reviving archival silhouettes has become a common tactic for Nike, consistently bringing forgotten models into the 21st century. One model seeing a resurrection in 2023 is the Nike Air Alpha Force 88 (AAF88). The AAF88 was a standout basketball shoe in its heyday and will launch in various colorways. On top of a Billie Eilish collaboration, we’re getting an OG colorway with the “White Neutral Grey Black” rendition.

Retaining the classic all-leather construction, this forthcoming Nike AAF88 is primarily coated in a crisp white hue. A striking black strap adorns the vamp, contrasting the white-dominated upper. To accentuate its design, TPU eyelets, the signature Swoosh, and the collar are embellished with grey hits. Further attention to detail is seen on the tongue, which houses a basketball graphic and bold black Air Alpha Force branding. The Nike Air logo embroidered in black at the heel continues the contrasting hits. Underfoot sits a white, grey, and black rubber sole unit.

The Nike AAF88 White Neutral Grey Black will release Holiday 2023 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
