Earlier this summer, Donald Glover teamed up with New Balance to release two pairs of RC30s. While these sold out pretty quickly, it looks like the Boston-based footwear company is about to release a whole collection of colorways that you’ll actually be able to cop, kicking it all off with the New Balance RC30 "Black Grey."
Just in case you didn’t already know, the RC30 is a modern take of the New Balance Trackster, which was the world’s first running shoe made with a rippled sole. NB are taking this special feature to another level with overexaggerated gum tooling that makes these perfect for the wetter months ahead. Elsewhere, the upper is crafted from a grey nylon base, while black elements wrap around the toe box, heel, and lacing system. Giant “N” logos slant across the sides, and to round it all off, fiery red hues feature across the shoe for a scorching hot pop of contrast.
The New Balance RC30 Black Grey is expected to launch at New Balance and select online and in-store retailers in 2022. They will be available in men’s sizes with a price tag still TBA. Follow us on Twitter and download our Mobile app for the hottest sneaker news, raffles, and releases!
