Under his guidance, New Balance has delivered seasonal drops that blend sophisticated colorways with the brand’s heritage craftsmanship. As we move closer to the fall season, previews of Santis’ Season 6 Collection have surfaced, with one of the standout releases being the New Balance 993 Made in USA in Mushroom Midnight Violet.
The 993 is a classic silhouette within New Balance’s running catalog, often celebrated for its perfect balance of comfort and vintage aesthetics. The sneaker maintains its iconic construction in this Mushroom Midnight Violet iteration while introducing a fresh autumnal palette. The upper comprises premium pigskin suede overlays in a rich mushroom brown hue, sitting atop a breathable burgundy mesh base. This earthy foundation is accented by white laces and the piping around the N logo, creating a crisp contrast.
Additional pops of color come via the purple detailing on the tongue tag, TPU eyelet, and heel tab. In contrast, a splash of yellow on the sockliner and tongue lining adds an unexpected twist to the overall design. Rounding out the look is the sneaker’s tried-and-true ABZORB midsole, featuring a brown and black color scheme with subtle purple accents near the toe and a black rubber outsole.
The New Balance 993 Made in USA Mushroom Midnight Violet will release September 19, 2024 through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store.
