The New Balance 993, a revered model within the brand's extensive lineup, is set to debut in a new Interstellar colorway as part of Santis' Season 5 Collection. Alongside this pair will be a Chive colorway of the 993 and the launch of the 990v6 True Camo.
The New Balance 993 Made in USA Interstellar features an upper constructed from luxurious pigskin suede and leather, all drenched in a deep, vibrant purple that captures the imagination. This cosmic theme is enhanced by a base of dark purple mesh, which sets a dramatic backdrop for the brighter suede overlays. Cream, grey, and white accents contrast softly, appearing on the tongue, laces, and sockliner. The model’s heritage is proudly displayed with Made in USA branding on the tongue and a prominent N logo on the midfoot, both continuing the purple motif. The design is completed with a supportive white and cream foam midsole and a durable black rubber outsole, ensuring that style meets comfort and functionality.
The New Balance 993 Made in USA Interstellar will release on April 25, 2024, through select retailers online and in-store. A global release via New Balance will take place on May 2. Available in unisex sizing, the sneaker will retail for $220.
