New Balance’s 9060 is another perfect example of the brand’s ability to infuse its chunky dad shoe DNA into modern lifestyle models. The 9060 adopts features from the 99X line and 860v2 to create its own character. Now, New Balance dresses a rendition in sea salt and raincloud for an extremely versatile look.
Pristine white mesh sits below a multitude of overlays in sea salt and grey to make up the base of this sneaker. A reflective "N" logo sits along the lateral midfoot, backed by a sea salt overlay. Reflective panels then cut across the toe box and heel counter for maximum visibility in low-light conditions. Sea salt NB embroidery appears on the back heel. Translucent detailing can be seen on the heel clip, which segues into a beefy midsole made up of a grey, white and sail tricolor pattern. Underneath, a grey outsole decorated with diamond shapes rounds out the silhouette.
The New Balance 9060 Sea Salt Raincloud will release in July 26, 2023 through New Balance and select retailers, online and in-store. The retail price will be $160.
